Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Contact support@uncaseless.com or 054-485-2752 as soon as possible.
30-Day Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos.
Returns
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition and packaging. Wrong model selection, used or damaged products may not be eligible for refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
